Adding seats
To add an additional seat, contact the accounts team with the email address of the person who will use it. The team will add the seat to your subscription, after which you can invite the team member from Settings > Team. If the new seat does not appear immediately, refresh the browser or log out and back in; account updates may take a moment to sync.
Additional seats are billed according to the subscription term and applicable discounts. For example, annual pricing can include a 30% annual discount and, for accounts with 10 or more seats, an additional 20% bulk discount. Monthly pricing may include the 20% bulk discount, while the 30% discount applies only to annual plans. Confirm the number of seats and billing term before an invoice or charge is processed.
