How to Cancel Your Botdog Subscription

To cancel your Botdog subscription:

1. Log into your Botdog account
2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
3. Click on "Go to my billing portal"
4. Look for and click on the "Cancel plan" button
5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. During a trial, the account automatically expires when the trial ends, and no charge is made because card details are not collected during the trial.

If you want your Botdog account and profile deleted altogether—not just your subscription—contact the Botdog team and request account deletion. If you don't see the billing options or need immediate assistance, contact support.
