# FAQ: Managing Multiple Campaigns

**Q: How are connection limits split between campaigns?**

A: Your daily limit is divided equally among active campaigns.

**Q: Can I prioritize one campaign over others?**

A: Currently, Botdog distributes actions evenly: if you have a quota of 20 invites per day and 4 campaigns running simultaneously, each campaign will send 5 invites per day. To prioritize, pause less important campaigns.

**Q: Is there a limit to how many campaigns I can run?**

A: There's no strict limit, but we recommend focusing on 2-3 campaigns for optimal management.

**Q: How do I track performance across multiple campaigns?**

A: Use the dashboard analytics to compare campaign metrics side-by-side.

**Q: Can I use the same prospect list in multiple campaigns?**

A: Contacts already assigned to another **Created, Active, or Paused** campaign are skipped by default to prevent duplicate outreach. This duplicate check is based on the contact's LinkedIn URL. To add them anyway, uncheck **“Skip contacts who already exist in other campaigns”** during import. Use the advanced message setting **“Send only if it's a new conversation”** to reduce the risk of double-messaging.

Contacts from **Archived, Completed, or Failed** campaigns are no longer skipped by the duplicate check and can be added again. If contacts were previously skipped for one of these campaign statuses, re-upload the same list or reuse the same Sales Navigator URL. You can also inspect skipped contacts by filtering for **Skipped** and hovering over the skip indicator to see the reason.
